LaZorra, also known as “The Vixen” as she is referred to in her husband’s homeland of the “Costa Blanca” of southeastern Spain, was born and raised in the idyllic countryside of rolling hills and farmland of Indiana, Pennsylvania.  The birthplace of actor and WWII General Jimmy Stewart, her passion for dance began at the tender age of five. She initially studied ballet, tap dancing and baton twirling.  Her dance studies quickly expanded to include jazz, gymnastics and modern dance.  LaZorra graduated from Indiana Area Senior High School where she was a member of the Majorette squad, a featured twirler in competitions, and a solo artist and performer at Sharon's School of Dance and a member of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s Concert Dance Company.

Shortly after graduation, and while attending Indiana University of Pennsylvania, LaZorra passed the Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson Exam and became one of the youngest real estate professionals in the state working for the largest family-owned real estate company in the country.

In 1990, LaZorra met her future husband at the Pennsylvania Coroner's Association conference where their respective Father's were in attendance. After a whirlwind romance, the couple was married in Stokesay Castle and honeymooned in Hilton Head Island.  After moving with her husband to New York and Washington, D.C. in support of his career with the U.S. Federal Government, LaZorra remained active in real estate as an investor and manager of her own investment company that now maintains a multi-million dollar portfolio of specialized student rental and commercial real estate.

After completing her degree, LaZorra worked with a real estate office that specialized in vacation property and commercial investment opportunities in the Pocono Mountains. With her husband and her two Chihuahuas Cookie & Toffie, LaZorra moved to their Gettysburg and Hanover area homes and have lived here in south central Pennsylvania for almost a decade.

LaZorra remains active in civic volunteer work including fund raising for the National Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and supporting animal rescue and adoption efforts.  LaZorra decided to once again enjoy the cathartic experience of dance by enrolling in a belly dance class at Ziva’s Dance Studio.  Quickly after meeting Ziva and the other talented dancers, LaZorra knew she wanted to continue her belly dance studies and auditioned to join Troupe Anwar.

LaZorra, is a proud associate with the Prudential Bob Yost-Sites Homesale’s Gettysburg Office, a member of the National Association of Realtors and has earned their e-Pro designation. E-Pro graduates are highly skilled and continuously trained professionals who stay on the leading edge of technology. Additionally, she is a Prudential Fine Homes International Property Specialist with a focus on the unique needs of the owners and buyers of high quality and distinctive real estate.
